Day 49 – As Janine invites her bosses’ son over to play with Javier, she feels contented that things are finally getting back to normal after the whirlwind of recent dramas.  Not only does Javier have a new friend, but she can score some points with Michelle and Rochelle Shell (life partners)…

Day 48 – With Javier back at the nursery, he’s free to frolic with his friends.  He is of course, still completely unaware that he’s a little… different… from his peers.

Day 47 – Janine brings Cheryl her former bosses to convince them to re-employ her.  Whilst normally a non-negotiable situation, in the presence of an incredibly famous (and beautiful) celebrity, they relent.  Go Janine!

Day 46 – Cheryl invites Janine round for a reconciliation and some posh chocolates.  “Neither of us is to blame for any of this Cheryl”, Janine soothes.  A contrite Cheryl responds: “I want us to be friends, and I’m sorry for any hurt I caused with that magazine.  Is there anything I can do to make everything right?”.  “Well”, Janine muses, “There is one thing…”

Day 43 – Since selling her story (and selling Carlos down the river), it seems Cheryl has enjoyed something of a career renaissance.  All of a sudden, she can afford a rather lovely country house…

Day 42 – The final, inevitable, inexorable step to become a single rock: the rebound.  Fair enough, Janine, if you must, but just make sure Javier doesn’t walk in on you…

Day 41 – Step three: get papped getting thoroughly drunk in a cheesy West End nightclub.

Day 40 – …Even Javier gets a present.  Seems like one of those “sorry-your-parents-are-separated”-style gifts, don’t you think?
