Hey gang. Just as the invite promised, Carlos and Janine have tied the knot. We have some snaps of the ceremony itself but it turns out that McDonald’s had double booked the wedding with a kids’ party (complete with Ronald) so it wasn’t as picturesque as they had hoped. Congratulations to the happy couple.
A new chapter for the Rocks must also mean the closing of the current chapter for us. It’s been an intense period since season two started in July, and as a small team, we can get derailed perhaps easier than most if unforseen technical problems arise, as they did last week. We think now is a neat time to end season two, give you guys a rest, and we’ll get ourselves a Ribena and have a sit down for a bit.
Whilst it’s something that we’re keen always to stress, I’d like to extend once again our thanks for your love and support of the site; without which we’d be nowhere. All the comments, tweets, likes, emails, suggestions and rock gags have truly been a pleasure to read, and we sincerely hope we can call on you when we return again.
So we’ll be back. When? I’m not sure at this stage, but we’ll be popping by Twitter and Facebook from time-to-time if you ever feel the urge to say hi. In the mean time, why not enter some online competitions, find a recipe, or check up on some gossip?
